An eCommerce focussed Digital Agency

We are looking for a part time Administrator to work from home. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or a parent that requires flexible working hours. The successful candidate will be switched-on, motivated and be able to use their own initiative. Ideally you will have previous administration experience however full training will be provided.
This is a work from home opportunity therefore you must be self-motivated. You will have monthly meetings and weekly skype reports. The hours are very flexible if it is in-between Monday – Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
– General PR administration.
– Chasing invoices and monthly reports.
– Inputting data.

Key skills:
– Good organisational and administration skills.
– Ability to recognise new avenues for marketing opportunities.
– Self-motivated and be able to use own initiative.
– Ability to use social media.
– Computer literate.

Hours: Aprox. 20 hours per month, there will be opportunities to increase hours in the future.
